Steps for getting the Migration Certificate:
1. The student has to visit the College and has to fill the Migration certificate application form present at Establishment Section in College.
2. The student has to attach the Mark list, Bonafide certificate or the admission confirmation letter of the College/ University where has taken the admission for PG and Rs. 100 + Rs. 100 two postal orders from the local post office.
3. Students have to make one more set of the document by photocopying original set.
3. Both the set should be attested.
4. The student has to submit the original set to College for further processing of the student's application to University if he does not need migration urgently.
5. The student has to submit the one photocopy set to College and original set to University in person if he needs migration urgently.

Case A
1. If the Transcript is required immediately after the declaration of final semester result for the PG admission, then the student has to visit College.
2. After visiting the College the students has to do the clearance by taking the signs on the clearance form.
3. After submitting the clearance form to Exam Section, the College gives the request letter to the University Deputy Registrar for issuing the Transcript to the students urgently.
4. University issues the Transcript to the student.

Case B
5. After one month of declaration of the result of the final semester exam, the University handover all the transcripts of the eligible students to College.
